RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our business all sales are final unless otherwise noted.  Christmas trees cannot be returned or exchanged. Christmas trees need to be watered or they will dry out.  If you believe there is an issue with your Christmas tree please contact us as close to your purchase or delivery date as possible. 

If you ordered a tree online and are unhappy with the height of your tree, you can upgrade or downgrade your tree.  You will pay the difference in cost, plus a $15 re-delivery fee. Please let us know you are unhappy at the time of delivery before the tree is unwrapped.
